Specific compensation and benefits will be discussed based on the position, qualifications, experience, credentialing status, and employment classification.

The Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) provides professional behavioral health assessment, counseling, treatment planning, and therapeutic services to individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral health assessments and clinical evaluations.
Develop individualized treatment and recovery plans.
Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling based on program needs.
Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment approaches.
Complete clinical documentation, progress notes, assessments, and treatment-plan updates within required timeframes.
Evaluate client progress and modify treatment interventions when appropriate.
Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, case managers, schools, hospitals, community organizations, and other members of the treatment team.
Participate in case consultations, clinical meetings, supervision, and quality-improvement activities.
Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, organizational policies, payer requirements, and applicable Pennsylvania regulations.
Assist with crisis assessment, safety planning, and referrals when clinically appropriate.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
Current Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in good standing.
Behavioral health or community mental health experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and treatment-planning skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals, families, and communities.

Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
The Licensed Social Worker (LSW) provides behavioral health support, assessment, care coordination, treatment planning, and clinical services within the scope of the professional's Pennsylvania license and assigned program.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychosocial and behavioral health assessments.
Assist in developing individualized treatment and service plans.
Provide counseling and supportive interventions within the scope of licensure and program requirements.
Identify social, behavioral, environmental, housing, family, financial, and community factors affecting client well-being.
Connect individuals and families with appropriate community resources.
Coordinate services with healthcare providers, behavioral health professionals, schools, social-service agencies, and community organizations.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Participate in multidisciplinary treatment-team meetings and case reviews.
Support discharge, transition, and aftercare planning.
Maintain compliance with confidentiality, ethical, regulatory, and payer requirements.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
Current Pennsylvania LSW license in good standing.
Behavioral health, social services, or community-based experience preferred.
Strong assessment, documentation, communication, and care-coordination skills.

Master’s-Level Behavioral Health Clinician
We are seeking Master’s-Level Behavioral Health Clinicians to provide assessment, treatment-planning, therapeutic, and behavioral health services under the supervision and within the scope permitted by the applicable program, payer, credential, and Pennsylvania requirements.
Preferred Educational Backgrounds
Candidates may have qualifying master's-level education in areas such as:
Clinical Mental Health Counseling
Counseling
Social Work
Psychology
Marriage and Family Therapy
Applied Behavioral or related behavioral health disciplines
Other qualifying human-services or behavioral health fields based upon the position and program requirements
Key Responsibilities
Complete assessments and gather relevant clinical information.
Participate in developing individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic or behavioral health interventions as permitted by the position.
Monitor client progress toward established goals.
Complete progress notes and other required clinical documentation.
Participate in treatment-team meetings and case consultations.
Coordinate services with families, providers, schools, healthcare organizations, and community resources.
Identify changes in client needs and communicate concerns to appropriate clinical leadership.
Follow organizational policies, ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in an appropriate behavioral health or human-services discipline.
Pennsylvania professional license or license eligibility preferred when applicable.
Previous behavioral health experience preferred.
Excellent communication, documentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Certified Peer Specialist / Peer Support Specialist
The Peer Support Specialist uses lived experience, appropriate training, and recovery-oriented principles to support individuals working toward personal recovery and wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities
Build supportive, recovery-focused relationships with participants.
Encourage self-advocacy, independence, wellness, and community integration.
Assist individuals in identifying personal recovery goals.
Help participants identify community resources and natural supports.
Model positive recovery and coping strategies while maintaining professional boundaries.
Assist with navigating behavioral health and community-service systems.
Participate in care coordination and team meetings when appropriate.
Document peer-support contacts and services according to program requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Recognize potential crisis situations and follow agency procedures for obtaining appropriate clinical or emergency assistance.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or additional education as required by the applicable program.
Pennsylvania-recognized peer certification/credential required or preferred depending upon the position and service.
Relevant lived experience appropriate to the peer-support model.
Strong interpersonal, communication, advocacy, and relationship-building skills.
Commitment to recovery-oriented and person-centered services.

The Behavioral Health Case Manager helps individuals and families access behavioral health, healthcare, housing, benefits, employment, educational, transportation, and other community resources necessary to support stability and independence.
Key Responsibilities
Complete needs assessments and assist with individualized service planning.
Coordinate behavioral health and community-based services.
Connect clients with healthcare, housing, transportation, food, benefits, employment, education, and other resources.
Assist clients with appointments, referrals, applications, and service navigation.
Communicate with providers and community partners to improve continuity of care.
Monitor client progress and barriers to services.
Conduct community or home-based contacts when required by the program.
Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and case reviews.
Maintain accurate and timely case-management documentation.
Identify urgent concerns and follow established escalation and crisis procedures.
Promote client choice, independence, self-advocacy, and community integration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Counseling, or another qualifying field depending upon the program.
Relevant behavioral health, case-management, social-service, or community-service experience preferred.
Knowledge of Chester County and Pennsylvania community resources is strongly preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
